- Worksite Location:Â St. Cloud, MN | hybrid
- Primary position responsibility is to maximize the company's portfolio value for investment purposes through the execution, and continued refinement of, the investment plan
- Responsible for the management and growth of the Property Management division
- Developing SOPs for the Property Management division
- Partner with the acquisitions team at the early stages of project underwriting, provide input on the business plan, and due diligence, and lead on-boarding projects into the portfolio
- Managing listing brokers and the performance of the listing agents
- Key influencer in leasing strategies and has primary responsibility for lease negotiations, capital improvement projects, tenant relations, and asset dispositions
- Evaluate investment and property operating performance by preparing cash flow forecasts both short and long-term projections
- Develop and maintain relationships with the investment sales and leasing broker community
- Manage insurance claims and oversight for TI or large construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a commercial real estate firm
- Real estate license required; CPM certification preferred
- Well-versed in real estate finance as well as property management, leasing, development, and real estate operations
- Advanced analytical skills, including the proven ability to perform financial modeling using Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
