- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN
- Compensation: $23.56-26.44 per hour
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate mannerÂ
- Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price
- Work collaboratively on a team to monitor and complete tasks in different workflows including, but not limited to shared email inboxes, phone ring groups, and the agency documentation system
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures, ensuring #oneTEAM’s mission of serviceÂ
- Schedule, attend, and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classesÂ
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company proceduresÂ
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing and designations as applicableÂ
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years customer service experienceÂ
- Willingness to obtain an insurance licenseÂ
- Demonstrated success in customer serviceÂ
- Excellent oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyÂ
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteÂ
