Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid)

What you’ll do as an Associate Accounts Payable Representative:

Review and enter pre-approved, non-PO, within the accounts payable software system ensuring timely and accurate payments to our suppliers
Process supplier invoices in accordance with Service Level Expectations (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist with data loads Research and resolve all past due balances or standard disputes
Communicate with employees and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Review past due invoice balances
Help process month end close Provide timely escalation of issues requiring 2nd level support to Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager
Participate in department projects and company initiatives as required
Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

What you need to become an Associate Accounts Payable Representative:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Knowledge of Oracle Ability to perform in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Solid attention to detail and ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
Perform functions efficiently and accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
