Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
Contract Duration: 5 months
Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Associate Credit Representative:

Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues with associates, internal and external customers
Establish strong working relationships with corporate account sales management teams and external/internal customer contacts
Develop deep knowledge of customer payment (Order-Cash) processes
Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
Achieve individual objectives related to aged receivables, DSO, account management and SLA’s by utilizing good time management skills
Respond to incoming communications including e-mails, inbound calls from customers and field associates, and direct mail

What you’ll bring to the Associate Credit Representative role:

Bachelor’s degree or a degree-seeking candidate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
4+ years of experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field may be substituted in part
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
Previous analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization, both oral and written
Experience with SAP and/or AS400 preferred
Experience with PowerBI and/or Sequel preferred
Detailed understanding of the order to cash process life cycle preferred
