- Contract Duration:Â 6-months
- Worksite Location:Â Eagan, MN
- Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Validate customer claims and route discrepancies to ensure appropriate adjustments and account resolution
- Communicate professionally to support timely collections while maintaining positive business relationships
- Research and resolve invoice issues and customer disputes efficiently
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and billing teams to resolve invoice delivery failures
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, sales teams, and credit personnel
What you'll bring to the Associate Credit Representative role:
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related degree program (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP, excellent time management, strong problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
