- Contract Duration:Â 6-months
- Worksite Location:Â Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $23-25/hour

- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding account issues, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements
- Provide credit-related support to both corporate and non-corporate account customers
- Deliver service aligned with department objectives through effective communication and problem-solving
- Apply accounting, reconciliation, and collection skills to resolve account discrepancies
What you'll bring to the Associate Credit Specialist role:
- 2+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, or a related technical field
- SAP experience and strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and experience working directly with external customers on credit issues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
