Contract Duration: 5 months
Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Associate Financial Analyst:

Forecast distributor resales, provide intramonth reporting, and analyze variances
Execute inventory trending analysis and resale reporting controls to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive distributor program compliance and address findings
Produce monthly metrics summarizing processing volumes, inventory audits, reporting concerns, and outreach efforts
Deliver month-end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing processed resales, refunds, and handling fees
Evaluate and recommend improvements based on evolving business needs
Provide ad hoc reporting, support, and analysis to internal and external customers
Execute monthly controls to ensure accuracy of accounting postings
Document all reporting processes and systems

What you'll bring to the Associate Financial Analyst role:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
2+ years of financial analysis experience
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Excel, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and SAP
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage broad audiences
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities
Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and make recommendations
Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting to changing environments
