Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
Contract Duration: 8 months

What you’ll do as the Associate Packaging Development Manager:

Work independently and be accountable for the successful completion of work
Responsible for establishing the optimal approach for the project and gathering requirements and input from all packaging areas
Proactively drive and manage a project plan, communicating all deadlines and ensuring cross-functional team compliance
Ensure the project aligns with the core project calendar and delivers on business objectives, strategy, and project goals
Monitor compliance of activities from Project Kick-off through Results Analysis
Follow defined communications best methods and procedures
Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision-making and risk analysis within the cross-functional team
Ensure quality and accuracy of work
Conclude relevant data and make appropriate recommendations

What you’ll bring to the Associate Packaging Development Manager role:

Bachelor’s degree or related experience
3+ years of relevant work experience
High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote
Ability to manage multiple projects and partners at once
Strong organization and planning skills
Proven track record of consistent project development and execution
Excellent time management and communications skills
