About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Project Manager on behalf of a leading organization in the insurance and financial services sector. This role supports the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring foundational project management skills and a proactive mindset to help drive the successful delivery of fast-paced, low-to-medium complexity projects.

Job Description
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
  • Manage high-volume, fast-paced marketing projects of low to medium complexity.
  • Maintain project timelines, tasks, resources, and approvals using Workfront.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing requests are executed efficiently.
  • Support project setup, closeout, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Assist the PMO team with project-related tasks and coordination.
  • Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to leadership.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Keep internal documentation and project status reports up to date.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Familiarity with managing full project lifecycles.
  • Basic understanding of marketing operations and deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Professional maturity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with project management tools (Workfront preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
