What you will do as an Associate Recruiter:
- Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for a variety of positions within the industry
- Source candidates using the Internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
- Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory and meet current and future client demand
- Interview, hire, and place contract and direct hire employees
- Communicate with applicants and employees regarding interviews and provides them with status updates
- Consult and coordinate with all team members to better understand clients’ needs and maximize the level of service
- Ensure high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure DAHL’s position as a provider of the highest quality service to customers
What you'll bring to the Associate Recruiter role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or any related field
- 0-1+ years of professional services recruiting experience (Business Professional, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- 1+ years of internship experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, co-workers, and customers alike to achieve understanding and win-win outcomes
- Highly developed communication skills; in person, face-to-face, and/or via the phone, including written skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential candidates and build relationships
