Job Description
As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business goals and technical standards. Key responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and testing code to deliver functionality aligned with business strategy and objectives
Implementing features from the product backlog in partnership with product owners and engineering teams
Estimating and sizing user stories and contributing to sprint planning activities
Writing unit tests, building automated test scripts, and executing testing-related tasks
Validating deliverables against user story acceptance criteria
Creating and maintaining required project and technical documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivered features meet business and technical needs
Following industry-standard agile software development and documentation practices
Partnering with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in a software or development engineering role
1–3 years of experience working in an agile development environment
Strong experience with test-driven development and software test automation
Demonstrated experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., user stories, iterative development, sprint planning)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum certification
Experience with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with ElasticSearch
