Contract Duration: Contract to hire
Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN

What you'll do as the Customer Service Representative:

Play a critical role in supporting our customers with a wide variety of inquiries
Support between 60-80 customers
Demonstrate care and commitment during each interaction
Experience a variety of learning opportunities through your daily core job responsibilities and opportunities to further invest in your growth
Complete extensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures
Make a real, tangible impact throughout our footprint by providing our customers with excellent service and helping them navigate their banking needs
