Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
Contract Duration: 11 months
Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Billing Specialist:

Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
Answer inquiries sent to (Export) Billing mailbox in a timely fashion
Assist in orienting and training Billing team associates
Create and maintain desktop procedures including continuous improvements
Ensure timely and accurate completion of export/intercompany billing
Establish strong working relationships with various departments and CBC peers
Interact with other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve billing related/impacted issues
Review and address undeliverable invoices sent via email and requesting updates to Master Data

What you’ll bring to the Billing Specialist role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business field OR 2+ years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations
Attentive to detail and process oriented
Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access
Ability to operate Windows operating system and familiarity with Microsoft Suite (outlook/excel/word)
