The Bookkeeping Manager will oversee the Bookkeeping team while managing the financial records and transactions for clientele nationwide. This position will develop, administer, and manage best practices to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping execution. The Bookkeeping Manager will lead all business development efforts for the department including follow-up, estimates, and initial onboarding. In addition, they will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Â

- Worksite Location: Maple Grove, MN – Remote
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually
The Bookkeeping Manager will oversee the Bookkeeping team while managing the financial records and transactions for clientele nationwide. What you’ll do as a Bookkeeping Manager:
- Sets goals and priorities for the departmentÂ
- Client assignments to bookkeepersÂ
- Promote professional development and growth opportunities for staffÂ
- Manages and develops the department budget, financial forecasts, and workforce planningÂ
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for upper management
- Analyze financial data to provide insights, identify trends, and make recommendations to upper management for financial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standardsÂ
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of department operations
- Create and execute quotes for potential clientsÂ
