Contract Duration: 4 Months
Worksite Location: Remote

What you will do as a Broker Experience Representative:

Respond to inbound calls from brokers already contracted or seeking to contract with the client
Assist brokers with business-related inquiries or client issues
Respond to calls related to technical issues, enrollment and billing, agent of record inquiries, commissions, policy benefits, and claims

What you will bring to the Broker Experience Representative role:

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of related work experience
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of Medicare
Previous insurance or healthcare experience
Strong communication and organization skills, comfort working within multiple systems at a time
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
