About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a well-established, enterprise-scale retailer operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive wholesale and omnichannel environment. We are seeking a Sales Rep to support and grow wholesale sales initiatives by combining hands-on execution with strategic collaboration. This role plays a critical part in driving product success across enterprise wholesale channels through data-driven insights, strong partner relationships, and cross-functional coordination.
This Sales role will act both as an individual contributor and a trusted collaborator, working closely with internal stakeholders and external wholesale partners to ensure operational excellence, consistent brand representation, and long-term account growth.
Job Description
This Sales role supports the wholesale sales organization by overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities across teams, and enabling successful product launches and ongoing performance within enterprise wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide actionable data and insights to help shape and refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Assist in building sales performance and demand forecasting materials for executive review.
- Monitor market and industry trends, including competitive research, to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners to drive revenue growth, expand product placement, and optimize account performance.
- Collect and manage required data attributes and product imagery from internal systems to support product catalog creation using technology platforms.
- Support the development of wholesale partner onboarding and training materials.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and wholesale partners.
- Complete item setup processes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure wholesale partners receive all required digital assets to maintain a consistent and high-quality brand experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure wholesale partners receive exceptional support and compelling product offerings.
- Address and resolve partner issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
- Support the project management function by contributing to timelines, action plans, and meeting agendas for upcoming sales cycles and partner meetings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or a comparable role.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling business and brand narratives.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to influence, align, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level retail or wholesale partners.
- Familiarity with product setup, digital asset management, and catalog management systems.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and forecasts.
- Prior experience supporting product launches within a wholesale or omnichannel environment.
