  • Support new product development from concept through production launch
  • Guide supplier selection for new programs and facilitate early supplier involvement in design development
  • Identify new product and process technologies and introduce innovative suppliers to the organization
  • Lead supplier negotiations and resolution of quality, delivery, and cost issues, including corrective action plans
  • Coordinate and communicate new component releases and engineering changes with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and overall readiness to support production schedules
  • Expedite supplier deliveries as required to support manufacturing needs
  • Submit requisitions for tooling expenditures in accordance with internal procedures
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced manufacturing facility with both office and shop-floor interaction
  • Highly collaborative and informal culture; frequent engagement with cross-functional teams is expected

  • Comfortable working in a blue-collar shop or factory floor setting and collaborating closely with operations teams
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
