We are partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance and financial services industry to hire a Bilingual Sales Associate & Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Job Description
In this role, you will combine consultative sales skills with strong customer service to connect clients with tailored insurance solutions. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth assessments of client needs to recommend appropriate Life, Auto, and Property insurance products
- Explaining policy terms, coverage options, and premiums clearly to ensure client understanding and satisfaction
- Managing sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
- Collaborating with marketing teams to support strategies that attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Staying informed on industry regulations and ethical standards, particularly when handling sensitive client information
- Participating in training and development programs (training provided)
Qualifications
Required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to assess client needs effectively
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Experience with sales administration systems
- Familiarity with marketing strategies within the insurance or financial services sector
- Knowledge of benefits administration and customer service best practices
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services environments
