Job Description

- Worksite Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN office
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
- Assist with development and maintenance of quality commercial loan portfolios with an emphasis on small- to mid-sized lending, including C&I, CRA, and SBA products
- Provide high-level customer service and build strong banking relationships
- Coordinate closing and funding of loans
- Remain in line with compliance and bank's internal controls
- 3+ years of assisting with business lending and loan experience
- Experience in directly working in community banking setting
- Strong skills in networking and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
