Business Process Engineering Manager
Job Description
- Contract Duration:Â 7-months
- Worksite Location:Â Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
- Compensation: $65.00-$80.00 per hour
What you will do as a Business Process Engineering Manager:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and employees at all levels
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts across seven key Value Streams
- Evaluate, document, design, manage, and monitor end-to-end processes and underlying systems using Lean principles
- Drive the transition from process improvement to implementation, ensuring long-term sustainability of changes
- Utilize project management and organizational change management (OCM) skills to support implementation success
- Oversee multiple headcounts and manage Business Process Consultants as needed
- Work cross-functionally with Business and Technology teams to design future-state processes
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
What you will bring to the Business Process Engineering Manager role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Program & Project Management, or Business Operations
- 7+ years of Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with 7+ years of experience
- Experience with platform migrations is preferred
- Knowledge of HealthRules and/or Cosmos is preferred
- Proven leadership ability in managing large cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in continuous improvement and implementation
- Strong program and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Visio, Smartsheet, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- Functional understanding of Agile methodology is preferred
