Job Description

- Worksite Location:Â Faribault, MN-hybrid
- Compensation:Â $80,000-85,000 annually
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple product lines and locations
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and performance metrics
- Partner with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory planning and ensure timely delivery
- Support the development of inventory forecasting models
- Recommend and implement strategies to reduce carrying costs and improve the accuracy of inventory records
- Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related field
- Strong financial and analytical background
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes in a dynamic environment
