Commercial Lines Account Manager Lead - Large Market Real Estate

- Worksite Location: Irvine, CAÂ
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Mondays and Fridays remote)
- Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually +Â bonusÂ
- Requirement:Â Minimum 5+ years of Account Manager experience supporting large market real estate accounts.Â
What you’ll do as the Large Market Real Estate Account Manager Lead:
- Foster and manage overall relationship with clients ensuring retention of large-market real estate book of business and high satisfaction
- Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Initiate renewal process for existing clients, and discuss and create renewal strategy with Producer
- Analyze and compare current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing
- Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals
- Finalize proposals and presentations in coordination with the Producer
- Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders and/or delegate certificates issuance
- Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact client on receivable collections
What you’ll bring to the Large Market Real Estate Account Manager Lead role:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of Account Manager experience supporting large market real estate accounts.Â
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
- Valid Insurance License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
