Job Description

We are seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to drive supply chain excellence!  We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring a Demand and Supply Planner for a contract-to-hire position! Interested? Get more details below.
  • Worksite Location: Mendota Heights, MN
  • Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 annually
What you’ll do as the Demand and Supply Planner:
  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, historical data, and market intelligence
  • Lead or participate in S&OP processes to align supply, demand, and business objectives
  • Analyze and reconcile supply-demand gaps, drive scenario planning
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts and plans
  • Develop integrated supply plans aligned to the demand forecasts by collaborating with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of demand (from suppliers, repaired, manufacturing, or mixed)
  • Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory levels for the whole business to minimize excess/obsolete stock while ensuring sufficient availability to meet customer needs
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the supply-demand network and recommend adjustments
  • Develop, analyze, and present forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health reports, and dashboards to senior leadership
What you’ll bring to the Demand and Supply Planner role:
  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive alignment
  • Ability to leverage Oracle MRP (Oracle 12 or Fusion preferred) to support planning activities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
