Contract Duration: 3 Months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN

What you’ll do as the Category Marketing Specialist:

Adopt brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs to create industry leading- consumer experiences
Collaborate with a broad set of CFT (Brand Management, Creative, Production Design, Merchandising, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing and Insights amongst others
Responsible for the end-to-end connectivity of strategy and operations across packaging briefs and optimize the brand experience via packaging
Management tasks such as setting project context, facilitating, working meetings, managing financials and fostering project execution
Drive cross functional team coordination, goal alignment and budget allocation

What you’ll bring to the Category Marketing Specialist role:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests
Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly and effectively for a wide audience
Proficient Microsoft Windows skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
