  • Contract Duration: 3 Months
  • Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN 

What you’ll do as the Category Marketing Specialist:
  • Adopt brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs to create industry leading- consumer experiences
  • Collaborate with a broad set of CFT (Brand Management, Creative, Production Design, Merchandising, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing and Insights amongst others
  • Responsible for the end-to-end connectivity of strategy and operations across packaging briefs and optimize the brand experience via packaging
  • Management tasks such as setting project context, facilitating, working meetings, managing financials and fostering project execution
  • Drive cross functional team coordination, goal alignment and budget allocation

What you’ll bring to the Category Marketing Specialist role:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests
  • Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly and effectively for a wide audience
  • Proficient Microsoft Windows skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
