- Contract Duration:Â 12 months
- Worksite Location:Â Phoenix, AZ
- Compensation: $21-22/hour

- Communicate with suppliers daily to understand quality, yields, pricing, and production
- Proactively share commodity and market information with the commercial team, enabling confident sales and growth
- Support transactional, promotional, and contract pricing recommendations
- Maintain grower/supplier relationships and assist in improving their performance using data
- Understand the customer base, including product specifications and order patterns
- Align the right supply to the right customers and communicate packing instructions to suppliers
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- 2+ years of fresh produce experience in the category
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
