- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Worksite Location:Â Minnetonka, MNÂ
What you will do as a Change Management Consultant:
- Build and operate business capabilities to meet strategic business objectives
- Create a planned approach to measurably improve it based on root causes identified
- Enable a smoother, more efficient workflow within the Delivery Team
- Manage business stakeholders, listening and acting on their feedback with the goal influencing the business to work within the framework of the Delivery Team
- Act as change leadership coach and consultant to Delivery Sr. Leadership
What you will bring to the Change Management Consultant role:
- 8+ years of experience in change management: root-cause analysis, creating, gaining buy-in for and implementing measurable plans to improve
- Knowledge of IT organizations and Agile methodology
- Experience influencing and working with all levels in an organization as a consultant and coach
- Understanding of approaches to bring stakeholders along who are at various levels of understanding and acceptance
