Worksite Location: Willmar, MN

What you’ll do as the Chief Financial Officer:

Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses
Develop and report on financial performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use in strategic business planning; coordinate the annual planning with the Senior Leadership Team
Conduct financial analyses to support the companies’ operations and operational decision making
Manage company cash flow and oversee cash planning ensuring adequate availability of working capital to achieve strategic goals
Oversee all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, financial and costing functions, cash management and audit
Provide the status of the organizations’ financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting on key financial metrics and regularly reporting to senior management and the board
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation and reporting to senior management, the board and external stakeholders
Calculate service fees, analyzes trends, costs, revenues, commitments and obligations incurred with customers to predict future revenue and expenses

What you’ll bring to the Chief Financial Officer role:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field
10+ years of experience in a Senior Finance position
Strong knowledge in financial forecasting, accounting principles and financial data analysis.
Clear understanding of GAAP
Familiarity with current finance and accounting related laws and regulations
Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software including ERP systems
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiation
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, HR, IT and Operational Teams
Extensive experience in the financial sector with a strong financial vision and insight
