- Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN | hybrid
- Report claims for clients and work directly with both insureds and claimants to identify new claims
- Review claim forms and related documents for completeness and call or write insured or other involved persons for missing information and post or attach information to the claim file
- Follow up on claims to secure Adjuster and claim number and update claim reporting information for companies
- Serve as contact between Insurance Carrier Adjuster and Client for claims-related issues
- Resolve coverage questions to provide the best possible claim outcomes for clients
- Resolve customer claim issues in coordination with Senior Claims Specialist and Producers to reduce E&O exposure
- Bachelor’s degree; or 4-8 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Property and Casualty License, or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software
- Strong organization and communication skills
