This is an entry-level position with ample advancement opportunities in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as an office admin and play a crucial role in providing health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange.

- Contract Duration: Contract-to-hire
- Worksite Location: Burnsville, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $45,000-$48,000 annually
This is an entry-level position with ample advancement opportunities in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as an office admin and play a crucial role in providing health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange.
What you’ll do as a Health Insurance Client Services Coordinator:
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services
- Consult and provide health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange
- Maintain license and carrier appointments in good standing
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Clearly communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Outlook Software, Salesforce, and Adobe
- Multitask and prioritize workflow effectively
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of related experience working in a professional setting
- Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (expenses covered by the company)
- Desire to learn and willingness to grow
- Ability to follow policies and safeguard PHI information
- Familiarity with IFB Network updates
