- Support Financial Advisors with running their day-to-day investment practice
- Enhance the customer service level and experience
- Prepare and process client paperwork
- Perform client financial transactions
- Maintain client relationships
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate with clients and financial companies
- This role can be the first step of the career pathing program to future opportunities that require industry experience and licenses (Insurance, FINRA Series 7, & 66 or 63/65 combo)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
