Contract To Hire
Worksite Location: Waite Park, MN
Compensation: $24.00 per hour + quarterly bonus

What you’ll do as the Client Services Specialist:

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and active listening
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or additional services
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Track customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure all inquiries are properly documented

What you’ll bring to the Client Services Specialist:

1+ years of customer service or related experience
A passion for helping customers and going the extra mile to find the solution to their problems
A problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
