Worksite Location: remote
Pay Rate: $21-24/hour | W2 + Benefits

What you will do as the Client Support Associate:

Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs
Serve as the caller’s primary point of contact and own the caller’s issue from start to finish
Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls
Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts

What you will bring to the role as the Client Support Associate:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
2+ years of experience working in client-service or call center
Strong technical aptitude
Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management is highly desirable
