- Worksite Location: Coon Rapids, MN
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour + commission once converted
What you’ll do as a Collection Agent:
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments
- Use problem-solving skills to achieve payment of debt
- Locate consumer or follow up on a previous commitment obligation
- Ensure compliance of both company and client policies
- Gather data and document proper systems
What you’ll bring to the Collection Agent role:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous collections experience preferred but not required
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
- General PC knowledge
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
