Contract Duration: Contract-to-hire; 6 months
Worksite Location: Grand Rapids, MN

What you’ll do as the Commercial Lines Account Manager:

Work collaboratively with a team of other producers, along with customer service personnel, underwriters, and management
Oversee existing commercial accounts; evaluate, market, and place groups of renewals each month
Partner with underwriters to place small accounts that do not meet binding authority guidelines
Assist producers with the evaluation, marketing, and placement of brokerage accounts
Review and prepare submissions, quote comparisons, forms, and coverage reviews on behalf of producers
Assess policy submissions (new and renewal), looking for gaps in coverage and advising on additional protections
Maintain proper documentation of customer contacts, inquiry responses, and account management–related communications

What you’ll bring to the Commercial Lines Account Manager role:

Previous experience in insurance is ideal
Willingness to get a P&C license
