- Contract-to-Hire Length: 3-6 months
- Worksite Location: Coon Rapids, Fairmont, or Rochester, MN
- Salary: Up to $70,000 yearly DOE
- Set-up process and maintain current process for commission justification
- Update commission grid information in commission processing software
- Collaborate with commission processing team to make sure procedures used do not create issues in commission processing
- Relay commission discrepancies internally and with carriers
- Ensure discrepancies are resolved by carriers
- Communicate with insurance agents regarding commission questions
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-5+ years of experience working with commissions processing and/or auditing carrier statements
- Experience with Excel (pivot table, VLookups, formulas, etc.) and Insurance Commissions Grids
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
