Worksite Location: El Segundo, CA (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)

Pay: $24-25/hr

Contract role, possibly permanent hire

What you will do as the Commission Research Analyst:

Research commission inquiries via Salesforce
Review, analyze commission cases, and meet established service levels within 48 hours
Identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect advisors
Work independently with minimal instruction
Work on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide a high level of detail
Work as a productive member and be a positive contributor to the team
Answer customer calls and resolve issues using multiple resources
Analyze and identify root causes of issues and recommend efficiencies

What you will bring to the role as the Commission Research Analyst:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and 10 Key
Docupace, Netxpro, and Salesforce experience preferred
High level of analytical skill
Ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions
