As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of two properties in Elmcreek and Champlin, with a total of 144 units.

- Worksite Location: Champlin, MN
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- Salary: In addition to regular salary, a sign-on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included!
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of two properties in Elmcreek and Champlin, with a total of 144 units.
What you'll do as a Community Manager:
- Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
- Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
- Establish positive relationships within the community
- Be on-call as scheduled by management
- 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
- Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
