- Contract Duration:Â 3 months
- Worksite Location:Â RemoteÂ
- Support auditor walkthroughs and testing of SOX-relevant processes
- Update documentation; RCM, placemats and narratives, Auditboard
- Coordinate and track the progress of walkthrough; issues, outstanding matters, completion
- Follow up on walkthrough issues including remediation, control updates, evidence documentation
- Manage Auditboard/Risk Oversight system
- Set up and maintain risk and control library
- Support remediation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred
- Experience in auditing, internal controls, or SOX compliance
- Familiarity with SOX 404, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and audit documentation (e.g., placemats, narratives)
- Experience updating and maintaining audit documentation in tools like Auditboard
- Experience coordinating and tracking audit tasks, issues, and remediation efforts
- Ability to manage control updates, evidence documentation, and follow-up on outstanding audit items
- Experience participating in remediation workstreams and managing remediation documentation
- Ability to track milestones and ensure timely issue resolution
- Familiarity with Auditboard or similar risk and control management systems
