- Contract-to-hire Length: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Remote, but must be local to Minnetonka, MN office to attend occasional meetings
- Pay Range: $38-$40 per hour
The Compliance Program Consultant assists compliance programs through maintaining and supporting the identity and sanction check program, conducting investigations, and leading audits and oversight of delegates and third-party vendors. You will partner with the business to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies while completing required compliance documentation.
What you’ll do as the Compliance Program Consultant:
- Monitor enterprise-wide identity and sanction check searches are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with critical stakeholders across the organization to maintain data integrity and correct system information
- Investigate potential sanction matches and fulfils reporting obligations. Develops communications as required to impacted members, providers, and regulators
- Data analysis of impacted claims and referrals for system holds or SIU investigations
- Develop, lead, and conduct compliance program effectiveness audits for delegates and vendors
- Analyze delegate oversight reports and communicate risk to impacted business areas and delegate
- Collaborate with critical stakeholders across organization and external vendors
- Creation of audit reports and contributes to department dashboards or presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 5 years of related working experience beyond degree.Â
- Paralegal experience (nice to have)
- Experience leading sanctions (OIG/GSA/SAM/OFAC) investigations and audits
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
- Experiencing with investigation software CLEAR (nice to have)
