The main function of a compliance specialist is to be responsible for all internal and external changes associated with products or services to assure legal compliance with regulatory guidelines and administers regular compliance audits and investigates/resolves complex compliance issues.

- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Hybrid in Eagan MN office

- Develop and maintain an organized, methodical documentation system for communicating, implementing, and managing new and existing regulatory requirements
- Administer a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and taking action on complaints concerning privacy policies and fraud concerns
- Organize and maintain files of contracts, records, and correspondence
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor a fraud and abuse compliance program
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 0-2+ years of customer service related experience
- Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative action)
- Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems
