Contract Duration: Contract-to-hire
Worksite Location: Sauk Rapids, MN

What you will do as the Consumer Experience Representative:

Responsible for fulfillment of orders with urgency and accuracy
Daily entry of consumer website orders via Microsoft Dynamics AX computer software system
Process orders and answer consumer calls and emails regarding product questions, and availability, and handle and/or resolve complaints
Review consumer issues and communicate with other departments for resolution
Manage all consumer returns from email requests, website requests, and phone calls
Quote and explain pricing, programs, availability of stock, lead time, shipping and tracking information to consumers, and customer accounts
Liaison to the off-site warehouse for the purpose of verifying information such as ship date and freight charges
Follow up and track orders through fulfillment and problem-solve issues associated with shipping
Using the Shopify platform, assists the marketing website team with updates and edits to all four branded websites
Proof customer websites quarterly for product and brand accuracy and access Dropbox as needed for imagery, videos, etc.
Provide administrative support to the Brand Ambassador manager for assistance with product orders, tracking, and order follow-up, across all brands
Maintain all photo and video assets from all brand content captures, brand influencers, and other miscellaneous sources

What you’ll bring to the Consumer Experience Representative role:

2 or 4-year post-secondary education
2+ years of customer service or sales assistant experience
Ability to work independently
Require little or no supervision
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
