Consumer Sales Representative Job Description:
As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will focus on consumer membership growth. This role requires a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a superior customer experience.  In this role day-to-day, you will be actively calling, facilitating appointments, and selling to leads who have expressed interest in a Polaris Adventures SELECT (credit-based vehicle rental and adventure) membership. 

What you’ll do as a Consumer Sales Representative:
  • Identify and engage potential Members to expand the SELECT Membership program including lead generation and sales closure
  • Participate in member retention activities to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the management team
  • Actively participate/lead the sales team's continuous improvement activities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams and leadership to report on and manage daily operations.
  • Deliver against sales/conversion targets and report on KPIs
What you’ll bring to the Consumer Sales Representative role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of field sales with retail sales and/or dealership sales experience and a proven track record
  • 3-5+ years of sales administration, distribution, and customer service experience
  • Analytical and sales-oriented – able to craft a strategic sell-in based on demonstrated profitability and productivity measures
  • Proficient in all MS Office software suites
  • Proficiency in computer/software systems (ZenDesk suite of products a plus)
