  • Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN (Remote candidates welcome to apply)
  • Compensation: $45.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Contract Project Manager:
  • Lead the budget tool implementation project, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate between project team and internal stakeholders, including IT, Property Management, Financial Analysts, and Leadership
  • Provide stakeholder reporting and communicate project status, risks, and milestones
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project success within the defined timeline
What you’ll bring to the Contract Project Manager role:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience (software project management experience is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple teams
  • Experience with Yardi or ERP implementations is a plus
