About the Role
Our client, a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and pest management solutions, is seeking a Coordinator to support its Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) team. This hybrid role is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, with three days per week in the office.
The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting safety programs, managing administrative processes, coordinating auto liability claims, and maintaining critical safety-related records and data. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about promoting workplace safety and operational excellence.
Job Description
The Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for a variety of safety, claims, compliance, and fleet-related programs. This role will assist with claim investigations, safety communications, data management, and the administration of the organization's dash camera program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the intake, evaluation, investigation, documentation, communication, and tracking of auto liability claims.
  • Perform exposure and coverage assessments, cost estimations, and case management activities.
  • Coordinate claims from initial notification through resolution and closure.
  • Support operational leadership in minimizing claims exposure and reducing financial losses.
  • Communicate claim notifications, findings, and updates with safety, operations, finance, administration, risk management, and legal teams.
  • Gather documentation, records, statements, and applicable regulations to support investigations and claim reviews.
  • Provide administrative support for the organization's dash camera program, including monitoring dashboard activity and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Review and route safety events to appropriate stakeholders for coaching, recognition, investigation, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain safety training records and leading indicator documentation.
  • Support SH&E programs, projects, initiatives, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate safety communications, reminders, announcements, and educational campaigns.
  • Assist with incident investigations by collecting documentation and maintaining records.
  • Generate, organize, and maintain reports, records, and program data.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the St. Paul office following onboarding and training.
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as business needs allow.
  • Downtown corporate office environment with access to local amenities, entertainment, and community volunteer opportunities.
  • Parking is the responsibility of the employee.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least one year of experience in insurance claims, safety, compliance, administration, fleet operations, or program coordination.
  • Experience managing records, reports, documentation, and data.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting safety, compliance, insurance claims, fleet management, or program administration functions.
  • Experience with insurance claims processing, investigation, or case management.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety programs and safety-related recordkeeping.
  • Experience supporting field service organizations or the pest management industry.
  • Familiarity with fleet safety technologies, dash camera systems, or telematics platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and administrative operations.
