- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
What you’ll do as the Credit Specialist:
- Answer a variety of email questions on account issues and responding with resolution within assigned service level agreement
- Provide service and support to corporate and non-corporate account customers
What you’ll bring to the Credit Specialist role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience working in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service field
- Previous SAP experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Background in Customer Service and direct communication with external Customers regarding Credit related issues
