- Contract Duration:Â 4-months
- Worksite Location:Â Eagan, MN
- Compensation:Â $20.00-$22.00 per hour
- Review order releases in alignment with established divisional guidelines
- Monitor accounts for credit holds based on aging thresholds and defined requirements
- Manage incoming email inquiries related to escalated order reviews and provide accurate guidance to internal stakeholders
- Navigate and resolve items in the order block credit queue, ensuring SLA timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with sales and credit teams to resolve past due balances and support order processing
- Research account history to assist in determining order release or hold status
- Follow strict desktop procedures and maintain a high level of process discipline
- Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
What you'll bring to the Credit Specialist role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
- 1+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, or customer service-related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Access is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on following procedures and resolving issues efficiently
- Experience working with large corporate customers is a plus
