- Contract Duration:Â 6-months
- Worksite Location:Â Naperville, IL
- Compensation: $24.00-26.00 per hour

- Conduct collection outreach to customers via phone and email to determine reasons for non-payment
- Communicate with internal sales teams to inform and address collection-related issues
- Process monthly credit card charges for a batch of customer invoices
- Assist in managing escalated accounts, including final demands and coordination with third-party collections or dispute resolution processes
What you'll bring to the Credit Specialist role:
- 5+ years of collections experience with some college education required (degree preferred)
- Strong communication and phone skills, with the ability to engage all levels of customer management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating worksheets
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- High level of self-motivation to manage a high volume of collection activities
- Preferred experience with SAP (ERP) and GetPaid collections software
- Familiarity with construction collections or lien waivers is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional when resolving difficult customer issues
