Job Description
- Worksite Location: Onsite in Eden Prairie office
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000
- Manage and coordinate resources, people, tools, and processes to ensure delivery of orders
- Provide responsive resolution to customer problems on FAST Lane Orders
- Resolve order issues through appropriate assessments, escalation, and tracking processes
- Maintain tracking and measurement system to enable measurement and reporting of customer issues
- Analyze worldwide trends in ZIZO order type data and develop recommendations for preventing future technology-related product issues and order process or contract management issues
- Facilitate and conduct cross functional internal review meetings
- Associate degree in marketing, operational management, or technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations or purchase management
- 5+ years of experience in customer facing positions in a manufacturing setting
- Strong B2B customer service and order administration background
- High attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
