Customer Master Analyst

Job Description
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Westminster, CO
- Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
As a Customer Master Analyst, you will be an essential part of the order-to-cash cycle responsible for supporting business divisions by creating, managing and maintaining an accurate record of our global customer database. Your role involves collaborating with various departments, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, business division support, trade and revenue compliance and contributing to overall success.
What you’ll do as a Customer Master Analyst:
- Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database
- Capture and update relevant information such as contact details, billing and shipping addresses, and other pertinent data to ensure information is up to date
- Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or duplications in the system
- Make recommendations to team leadership where there are inefficiencies or opportunities for possible improvements to existing data validation processes
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service to gather and validate customer information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as localization requirements when applicable, related to customer data and data privacy
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to team leadership for assistance
- Work to get appropriate approvals to process basic account merges according to guidelines, and get them processed
- Assist with testing for system enhancement projects and initiatives related to customer master data management
- High School Diploma or GED; degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in customer data management or a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization, with strong customer service and data entry experience is preferred
- 1+ years of experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other data management tools is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
- Problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data patterns and trends
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
