- Work Hours: Monday - Friday
- Pay rate: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
What you’ll do as the Customer Service Representative:
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions
- Help customers navigate the companuy website and place orders online
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative position:
- High school diploma OR Bachelor's degree
- 0 - 2+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
